  • Please bring along any previous fertility testing or medical records to your appointment.

For Existing Patients

  • Current patients can contact their care team or request appointments by calling the clinic directly.

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel, please call us at least 24 hours in advance.

Appointment Availability

We aim to schedule appointments as soon as possible to accommodate your needs. If your preferred time is unavailable, please let us know, and we can add you to our priority waitlist for the earliest available opening.
